Using the VIVID website

These terms govern access to the public VIVID website, product information, verification tools and related online services. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.

Product information

VIVID aims to publish current product specifications and supported technical descriptions. Product pages are informational and do not replace the applicable technical sheet, installation instructions, sales documentation or market-specific commercial terms.

Technical durability and commercial warranty coverage are separate concepts. A technical durability range must not be read as a warranty promise unless the applicable commercial warranty documentation expressly says so.

Verification information

The public verification service is intended to help confirm a product record associated with a serial number or public verification token. A successful lookup confirms the record returned by the official VIVID system at the time of the request; it does not create a new warranty, guarantee installation quality or replace proof of purchase where that proof is required.

Authorized platform accounts

• Admin and Center accounts are for authorized users only.
• Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
• Users are responsible for actions performed through their authorized account, subject to applicable account-management and security controls.
• Attempts to bypass permissions, access another user’s data or interfere with platform security are prohibited.

Intellectual property

The VIVID name, logos, product names, website presentation, original copy and other brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the website does not grant permission to reproduce, alter, redistribute or use those materials in a misleading way.

Responsible use

• Do not attempt to probe, overload, disable or circumvent the website or platform.
• Do not use automated methods to collect data in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable law.
• Do not misrepresent a verification result, serial number, warranty record or VIVID affiliation.
• Do not upload or submit content that infringes rights, contains malicious code or is unlawful.

Availability and changes

VIVID may update, maintain or temporarily suspend parts of the website or platform. While reasonable care is taken to keep public information available and accurate, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Applicable agreements

Dealer, installer, distributor, customer, warranty or other commercial agreements may contain additional terms. Where a signed or otherwise applicable commercial agreement conflicts with this general website page, the applicable commercial agreement governs that commercial relationship to the extent permitted by law.
